Detoxifying baths are fashionable! Being increasingly exposed to more toxins, it is necessary to develop a healthy routine of cleansing the body. Toxins can be found everywhere: in food, water, medicine and even in the air. The list of toxins that affect our body is endless. Here’s how it begins: many people shower in the first hour in the morning.
To be honest, I have not always liked showers, I hate when water enters the eye, but I love baths! Hot water infused with lavender or rosemary … everything I need after a day of work. The time allocated for such baths is almost nonexistent so when you’re doing it make sure that the water is full of good ingredients for your body. I discovered this recipe last week and I already adore it!
We all know that sweat eliminate all toxins from the body but not everyone has access to the sauna. This recipe prepared right in your home gives you the opportunity to save your body of toxins.
– ½ cup freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger powder.
– Fill the tub with hot water (bearable)
– 1 cup of baking soda (to help neutralize chemicals in water and chlorine removal, activating absorption of minerals)
It takes 20 to 30 minutes. Fill the tub with water and add ginger and baking soda. Stay in the bath for 20-30 minutes.
